Organised as part of the “E-STEM – Empowering Children for Environmental Sustainability through ecosySTEM” project, run by IDEA Universal, the "E-STEM Environment and Science Festival" brings together children, families, educators, local authorities and stakeholders in the environmental sector.
On the first day of the festival, 23–24 June 2026, the environment-focused projects developed by children as part of their E-STEM education and Design Thinking processes will be showcased to visitors. The programme will include student project presentations, a meeting with the local press, environmental awareness activities, the “From Waste to Art” collective workshop, a jury evaluation, an awards ceremony and a closing event.
The event aims to highlight children’s creative solutions to environmental issues, strengthen environmental awareness, and support sustainability-focused collaboration among local stakeholders.
